Shipping and Fulfillment
When will my order arrive?
Most orders be delivered within 5-7 business days of the date the order is placed. For newly listed items there may be an additional 5 business days needed for production time. If a new item will take longer to ship than the standard 5-7 business days that information will be located in the individual item description and may not appear in your order confirmation details.
How do you ship orders?
Orders are shipped with the best option available for your location and inventory location. USPS is used to fulfill orders. You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO?
Yes. The USPS is the only carrier who delivers to these addresses, so all orders will ship via Priority Mail regardless of shipping method chosen.
Do you ship to US TERRITORIES (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.)?
Yes. We use USPS to ship to US Territories and all orders to these addresses will ship via Priority Mail regardless of shipping method chosen.
International Orders
Do you take international orders?
Yes, we accept international orders. You can change the shipping country during checkout.
Return Policy
What is your return policy?
Please feel free to return any item, within 30 days, for a prompt exchange or refund.
Your return will be processed in 3-5 business days from the day that we receive it. When your return is processed, you will receive an email notification. Typically, a refund in the amount of the price of the item(s) returned and applicable sales tax (shipping fees are not refundable) will be credited to the original form of payment.
Here are the basic steps:
- Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible.
- All products must be returned in good condition, in original packaging (whenever possible), and with all tags, paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit
- All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
- Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse.
- You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
Exchange Policy
If you would like to exchange an item for a different item, you should return the unwanted item(s) using the standard return procedure listed above, receive a refund, and place a new order for the desired replacement item(s). Due to the nature of our business, this is the most efficient means by which an exchange can take place; we cannot otherwise guarantee that your requested replacement item would be in stock by the time we receive your return.
Changes or Cancellation
We are unable to change your order after it has been placed. If you wish to change your order, it will be processed as a cancellation and a refund will be issued. You will then be able to place a new order for the correct merchandise.

We are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been shipped.
When your order has been refunded, it may take between 3-10 business days for the money to appear back in your account.
